Service is available for all products that we service,
except for Major Appliances |

to help you carry it in from your vehicle. |

|
A diagnostic/minimum
fee is charged on all carry-in services . |
|
|
ALL diagnostic/minimum fees are required to paid
as a deposit towards the repair
at the time the unit is carried in. |
|
|
|
ALL deposits for diagnostic/minimum fees are non-refundable. |
|
|
|
All Deposits apply towards the
final cost of repair. |
|
|
You have a choice of pre-approving an estimate for
a certain amount
or we will call you with an estimate |
|
|
|
You will be given a Claim Check/Receipt
for your unit and the deposit that was paid. |
|
|
|
All items brought
in for repair are seen in the order by which they came in. |
|
|
|
Most items are diagnosed
and estimates given with 2 business days. |
|
|
|
You will be contacted and given
an estimate before repairs are completed. |
|
|
|
Most repairs are completed within
3 to 5 business days. |
|
|
|
In some instances repairs
may take longer if parts are back-ordered or shipped from West
Coast facilities. Unfortunately we have no control over these
situations, but we will keep you apprised. |

|
|
You will be advised if parts
need to be ordered for your unit and given an ETA as to their
arrival. |
|
|
|
Your estimate will not be
exceeded without your prior consent. |
|
|
|
An additional deposit may
be required on some special order parts. |
|
|
Special order parts are subject
to a 40% restocking fee if service order
is cancelled after parts are in transit. |
|
|
|
We welcome your phone calls to check on the status
of your repair. |
|
|
|
We will contact
you as soon as your item is ready. |
|
|
All items not picked up within
30 days from date of completion,
repaired on unrepaired, will be disposed of. |
